We are truly a full service company. Although we have “Remodeling” in our name, we have evolved into a more diverse company providing professional services in new construction and design as well as construction consulting.

Competitive Bid Contract

We will provide a detailed preliminary budget for your project. Should we be selected to work with you we follow up with an even more detailed proposal and specification . We will come in on budget without sacrificing quality.

Negotiated Price Contract

We can be very valuable as part of the initial design process working directly with the customer and designers/architects to provide practical building advice during plan development to encourage cost effective decisions. This eliminates the unpleasant situation in which the cost for implementing a design greatly exceeds the budget.

Time and Materials Contract

For smaller projects, or those that need a variable timeline, we can provide labor at a predetermined rate, with a flat percentage markup on all the materials and sub-contactor costs. Our accounting is comprehensive and very clear.

Design / Build

We have a strong working relationship with many of the areas finest architects and designers, and can collaborate with them in a design build capacity to provide a more contained project. Because we do not have to carry the costs of a full time design team, we can often be a more economical choice than the true design build companies. Also, because every customer has individual tastes, we can most often find a better fit by accessing a much larger pool of design professionals.

Green Building

We are passionate about GREEN BUILDING!! Actually we incorporate green building into every job. This includes recycling, donation or reuse of 100% of materials that have such value on every job. We will also make environmentally sound decisions EVERYTIME that we can. We have been educating ourselves and partnering with knowledgeable professionals in all aspects of green building. We have the capacity to incorporate any green building product or service into your project. This would include:

- Photovoltaic (solar panel) systems

- Solar water heating systems

- Living roofs

- On-site water retention and brown water irrigation

- Sustainable building product options
